By accessing, purchasing, or using any 91NE software, website, or service (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. "91NE," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 91NE team and its operators.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and make any purchases.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Upon purchase or activation, 91NE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or account.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• You may not use the software on behalf of another person or organisation without explicit written permission.
• One license is valid for one user account. Using a single license on multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited.

You agree to use 91NE responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Using the software to harass, grief, or harm other players in ways that violate platform rules.
• Charging other users for access to features or acting as an unauthorised reseller.
• Using the software on servers where modifications are prohibited and exploiting this to gain unfair advantages in competitive ranked environments.
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, or tamper with our licensing or authentication systems.
• Using the software to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes misuse at our sole discretion.

91NE offers monthly subscriptions and permanent (lifetime) access options. All prices are listed in USD.

• Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Permanent access is a one-time payment that grants access for the lifetime of the product version purchased.
• Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Promotional and discount codes reduce the purchase price at checkout and are subject to the terms of each individual code.

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase if the software has not been downloaded or activated.
• Permanent access: No refunds are offered once the license has been delivered and the download link accessed.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes that are determined to be fraudulent will result in permanent account suspension.

To request a refund, contact us via Discord within the applicable window.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service. This includes:

• Your username and encrypted password (stored locally in your browser via localStorage).
• Session tokens for authentication.
• Discord ID if voluntarily linked to your account for Discord login.
• Usage data sent via configured Discord webhooks (login events, coupon redemptions).

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data stored locally is never transmitted to 91NE servers except through explicitly configured webhooks you control.

Session data expires automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity for security purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password (8+ characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols).
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Reporting suspicious activity to us immediately via Discord.

Sessions are protected by secure random tokens and automatically expire. All passwords are obfuscated before storage.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via Discord. Termination does not entitle you to a refund under circumstances where a refund would otherwise not apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91NE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Game account bans, suspensions, or punishments resulting from use of our software.
• Loss of data or game progress.
• Interruptions to the Service.
• Any action taken against you by third-party platforms or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Do not send sensitive information (passwords, payment details) through Discord DMs to anyone claiming to be 91NE staff.

91NE V4 is our flagship Minecraft client modification featuring a full suite of combat, render, and utility modules.

Installation:

1. Purchase access via Discord and receive your download link.
2. Place the .jar in your mods folder or run as specified in the setup guide.
3. Launch Minecraft with the correct Forge/Fabric version.
4. Authenticate with your 91NE credentials in-game.

Included modules: AimAssist, AutoClicker, Reach, Velocity, Sprint, WTap, Search, NameTags, Tracers, StorageESP, Fullbright, Scaffold, ChestSteal, Blink, Refill, Throwpot, and more.

91NE Lite is a lightweight, performance-optimised version of 91NE focused on core combat enhancements with minimal footprint.

What's included:

• Core combat modules: AimAssist, AutoClicker, Reach, Velocity.
• Essential utility: Sprint, Refill, Throwpot.
• Lightweight render: Fullbright, NameTags.

What's NOT in Lite: Full Render suite, Scaffold, Blink, advanced utility modules. Upgrade to 91NE V4 for the full experience.
